I LOVE The Tormey’s and here I am now capturing them with their precious little girl, Avery.  I look forward to watching The Tormey family grow.  ~Michelle

Meet the ever so adorable Stockham family, Jeremy,Rachel and Lauren. Your perfect example of a Southern California family, especially the girls with their beach blonde hair and stunning blue eyes. I spent the afternoon on the coast in Carlsbad, on a gorgeous sunny day, capturing these most precious moments. Rachel, was dyeing because she had to wear a dress (she is the tomboy in the family) and kept asking her dad when she could change into her shorts. Lauren, the future model, just ate the camera up, this girl, is 100% comfortable in front of the camera. I will not be surprised if, in the future, she will be modeling. This afternoon was so much fun with the three of you. Jeremy, you are a lucky guy to have two precious little girls. ~Michelle

I just love it when my couples come back to me when their family starts to grow. I photographed Kristi and Mike’s wedding on November 11, 2009 at The Crossing in Carlsbad, such a beautiful day.  Needless to say I was thrilled when Kristi contacted me about 6 months ago wanting me photograph her maternity session and her baby girls first year.  Baby Madison is due towards the end of April and I cannot wait to meet her.  I met Kristi and Mike in Rancho Santa Fe at The Old Town Hall to capture this most precious time in their lives.  Stay tuned for the arrival of baby Madison. ~Michelle

Luckily enough, when you have a few connections, it sometimes falls in your lap and you’re able to shoot a beautiful family at the Cal-a-Vie resort and spa.

We first photographed here back in July for a wedding that we were so stoked to have gotten! Now we have the opportunity to photograph here again! I love my job!

Meet the adorable Miller boys, Scottie and Ryan, and their cousins, Kailey and Kiara. Our backdrop was beautiful, a private road, beautiful trees and the perfect light. Scottie and Ryan are so cute, their big brown eyes and those adorable smiles. It was really sweet to see the boys with their cousins, so sweet and loving. Amy and Ken you have two precious boys and I cannot wait to photograph them again. ~Michelle

We love watching our brides and grooms families grow, and now Mary and Blake have a beautiful family!!!

This photo shoot was in one of our favorite places to shoot…our own backyard in downtown Carlsbad. We strolled around the streets, utilizing our familiar spots in town and finally finishing at the beach. We got some great images and had a great time catching up on the past few years. Congrats Mary and Blake, it was great meeting your little ones!!! – Bill

I photographed Stephanie and Ahman’s wedding about five years ago, I photographed Bryn’s (their precious little girl) newborn photos a few years ago, their twins, Caleb and Ethan’s newborn photos and family photos and now here we are again. I had so much fun today, Bryn, is simply adorable and such the big sister. Always helping mom and dad take care of the twins. Caleb and Ethan’s personalities are just precious and so different. It was crazy, their personalities have not changed a bit since they were newborns. At the newborn session one was fussy (cannot remember which one) and one was always happy. Still the same, except the fussy one wasn’t really fussy, just wanted mommy to hold him. You can tell in the photos as well below. Steph and Ahman, wow, how lucky are the two of you to have a house filled with all of this love. I truly enjoyed my time with all of you today and I am so grateful to be your family photographer. I am already excited to see you next year!~Michelle
