We met at the Hard Rock, no, not that one, the other one…by the convention center. Yeah, there’s two in Gaslamp, so a bit of a mix up, but I passed the time people watching until we got on the same page. When we finally met up, I saw what looked like a horse on a leash attached to the end of Amber’s arm…turned out to be one of their dogs.
Amber and Pete have a Weimaraner and a Great Dane. They took them along on the photo shoot and the two puppies kept the shoot lively. We walked throughout the Gaslamp, stopping at various locations for some quick snaps and thoroughly tired out the two barkers.
Amber and Pete will be married in just under 6 weeks, and Im sure their wedding will be as fun as shooting their engagement session…..I wonder if the dogs will be there? – Bill

This is a GREAT photo session. Amber looks beautiful as always and Pete looks very handsome. I know that both Amber and Pete wanted the “kids” to be part of their celebration. Loved everything about these pictures.
Love this shoot! We’ve been encouraging clients to bring their dogs on shoots and they do make for some fun times and photos! Love the Dane. He’ll look great in a white bow tie at the wedding! (I know this from personal experience)
