When Wyatt’s mom contacted me about doing a photo shoot, I somehow thought she had wanted a maternity session and wrote it on the calendar as such. The day came, and on to the beach arrives little Wyatt (with mom and dad). I was so excited! First because I love newborn shoots, and second because I had never even thought to do a newborn session at the beach. Wyatt was peacefully sleeping and soaking up the sun, so we started with some family photos. We then spread out a blanket on the sand and let Wyatt slowly wake up. What a beautiful baby! I had so much fun trying new things and using the golden sunlight. It totally made my day. To be quite honest, I was have a stressful, not-so-great day but doing this shoot made all of that fly out the window and my spirit soar! Babies are so amazing and I am so lucky to capture them! ~ Annie
